THIS AFFECTS PRODUCTION OF YOUR ORDERS, BILLING AND JOB SATISFACTION

YOU MUST ACCEPT BELOW IN ORDER TO CONTINUE

Our goal is to provide high quality printing, streamlined processing and professional service. As such we have several ways of handling orders to meet different clients needs. Below is a description of your options and order terms.

ONLINE: We have an online quoting and order processing tool. While this module will not handle all orders it will automate a large majority of straight forward orders.

FULL SERVICE: If your order is more complicated or you simply would prefer to deal via email, phone, fax or in person we are more than happy to oblige.

PAYMENT/TERMS: We are liberal with our granting of terms - please don’t abuse it. All accounts are Net 30.

VISA: We accept VISA-M/C at time of shipping/invoicing. Payments by VISA-M/C at a later time are charged a 2% surcharge to cover our additional cost.

SAMPLES: Digitally printed preproduction samples are NO CHARGE. Digitally printed SPEC samples are at our discretion and subject to workload. Screenprinted samples are $10/color. We do not recommend doing digital samples for a screenprinted order. The colors, detail and “feel” will differ from the actual order. If you still require a digitally printed sample for a screenprinted order the cost is $20/design.

EMAIL PROOFS: We normally provide email proofs for your approval for all orders. You are approving all aspects of the order. Spelling, size, location, colors and artwork detail. Zoom in and check your order carefully. This approval supersedes all other instructions oral or written. If you have any concerns do not approve and contact us to discuss.

MISPRINTS: We have excellent equipment and personnel but misprints do happen. Occasionally a piece or two may be misprinted (average less than 1/2%). You will not be charged for the print, you will be credited for the garment (to a maximium value of $10/garment). The order will be considered complete. If you need exact quantities please indicate it in the order so we know to notify you immediately of a misprint so you can arrange a replacement piece. We will do our best to hold the order to complete the printing. With digital we can always bring the order up to supply an extra piece or two, screenprinting is more difficult and a fee may apply.
