PRINTING ON COLORED SUBSTRATES
The current equipment uses CMYK for printing. Because there is no white ink used your image can look significantly different when printed on colored substrates. Un-printed or lightly colored areas of print will take on the substrate color when printed. Darkly printed areas will be less affected. Therefore, black or navy images on a red shirt would be fine while a medium-light blue print on a yellow shirt might look quite green. If you have any concerns about how your image might turnout give us a call to discuss.
