Frequently asked questions

Is NextShirt Printing wholesale only?
We only market to and provide services to resellers of printed products. This includes screenprinters, designers, ad-spec agencies, copy-print centers and other businesses that are interested in promoting and marketing wearables in a resale capacity. We would be happy to recommend sales firms in your area to help meet your needs.
What FILE FORMATS do you accept?
We currently work with Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC, CorelDraw X5 and Microsoft Office Products. These programs accept a wide variety of file formats for you to use. Send what you have and we will contact you if we have any problems. To reduce any issues please convert fonts to outlines or embed where available.
What equipment does NextShirt use?
Our business is built around top quality proven digital textile printing equipment developed and built by Kornit Digital. We currently print with a Kornit Storm II. We also provide traditional screenprinting using manual and an automatic press so that we can match the right process to the right job. Our screenprinters are all well trained and quality is monitored continuously through the printing process.
Can I get a printed price list?
In order to allow you to price jobs away from your computer we have pdf files you can download containing the printing prices. Call and we can email you a copy.
Do you digitally print dark garments?
Yes, our state of the art equipment has no difficulty pri nting your full color images on most garments. When digitally printing there are two modes... CMYK and CMYK+W. CMYK prints four color process directly onto the garment. It is suitable for white garments and some colors dependent on the image. CMYK+W prints a layer of white on the garment first then lays down the CMYK on top to keep images bright and true on colored substrates.
I don’t see what I want. Can I special order it?
Send us an email and we will do our best to supply whatever it is you need or refer you to one of our other customers whom can help you.
Can I send you my garments for printing?
Absolutely. 99% of what we print is drop shipped from the suppliers to us for printing. Please note we may refuse to print some high value items or limit our responsibility for the outcome. Provide as much detail as possible when placing your orders and we will contact you if we have any concerns.
Do you guarantee your work?
NextShirt warrants to use top quality products, supplies and equipment. Print longevity is warranted to meet or exceed industry standards including those provided by traditional screen printing techniques. Digital printing has a very “soft hand” feel as it is a garment dye process. It is not intended to have a thick ink film. This does not however decrease the life of the product. NextShirt will repair, replace or refund any product not meeting these standards. NextShirt will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
